We offer worldwide shipping, and free shipping in Canada & USA on orders over $150!

All our orders with the exception of sticker orders are sent with tracked shipping!

RETURNS

We offer free returns! Our customers are responsible for fees associated with exchanges only!

PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing times can range from 1-10 days! This means, it can take us 1 day to package your order, and under certain circumstances up to 10 days. This time range does not include shipping times!

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times can range from 1-8 business days. Delivery will range depending on the carrier and location the order is being delivered to! Be sure to check your tracking number for an estimated delivery date!

STICKER ONLY ORDERS

Sticker ONLY orders are sent through non-tracked postage mail. This means, there is no tracking number associated with your package and it will be delivered to your mail box within 2-12 business days. We are unable to confirm the location of your order once shipping.

LOST PACKAGES

We are unfortunately not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the associated carrier if your package was delivered to the incorrect address or lost, and please contact as soon as you have determined your order to be lost.

ALL THINGS EXCHANGES + RETURNS

EXCHANGES POLICY

We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange for will be in stock, but we will do our best to fulfill this request. Apparel is exchangeable if unworn and in the same condition it was received.

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy which means a return must be requested within 14 days after receiving your order. Apparel is refundable if unworn and in the same condition it was received.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs for exchanges is not covered by the shop and must be paid by the customer. This means, you must pay for the shipping label to exchange your item. We are responsible for the shipping costs for the new item to be sent to you. We offer FREE returns, and will provide you with a return label + instructions on how to return.

NON REFUNDABLE

Please note, the only items in our shop that are NON refundable are: Stickers, Enamel Pins, Keychains and Stationary products. All apparel is refundable.
